VPN crypto payments: check the invoice before paying

A crypto payment option is a checkout method, not a complete explanation of a VPN service. Before using one, establish what you are buying, which methods are actually available to your account and how the resulting payment will be associated with the service.

This guide does not state that a particular coin or network is enabled for ZARDO. Availability must be confirmed by the actual account checkout and its current instructions. The public pricing preview cannot create an order, take a payment or change an account. It should not be treated as a live invoice.

Check the service before the payment method

Confirm that there is supported software for the device you intend to use. ZARDO has a published Android APK; its TV interface exists in the package, but physical TV acceptance is unconfirmed. A completed new Windows release is also unconfirmed. A payment method cannot resolve a platform availability question.

Read the connection and privacy limits too. The current Android release does not support Android Always-on VPN or “Block connections without VPN”. The service retains account, subscription and payment records, device and connection records, diagnostics and operational website logs. Choosing crypto does not turn that service into a zero-logs product.

If you intend to evaluate the app, prepare the device before registering. The verified 72-hour trial begins at completed registration. It does not remain unused until the first connection. Decide whether the service suits you before concentrating on how a longer term might be paid for.

Use the current account checkout as the starting point

Begin from the service's verified account flow, rather than a payment address copied from a comment, screenshot or unsolicited message. Check the website address and retain access to your own account while reviewing the checkout.

The reviewed account website supports HTTPS with TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3. That describes the transport connection to the site. It does not establish the authenticity of a different page merely because that page also displays a secure-connection icon or uses similar branding.

If crypto is not offered in the account's current checkout, do not assume that an address supplied elsewhere is an authorised alternative. Ask for clarification through a verified support channel. This guide intentionally provides no destination addresses, coin names, network names or instructions for sending a real transfer.

Read the purchase details before reading transfer details

The invoice should correspond to the intended account and selected service terms. Review device allowance, duration, currency and the final total. If you are extending an existing arrangement, check the stated effect on its expiry and allowance rather than inferring that effect from the amount alone.

ZARDO's verified new price table is currently enabled for a one-account rollout cohort, not globally. The public calculator demonstrates that table's calculation. An individual account may therefore require its own actual quote rather than the amount illustrated in a preview.

Preset and custom terms can also have different rounding rules. Do not manually substitute a total from a calculator screenshot for the total on a live invoice. Establish which quote you intend to accept before considering a separate payment instruction.

Treat every transfer field as specific to that invoice

If a checkout presents a crypto method, read its complete current instructions. A displayed payment amount, destination and any other required fields belong to that particular request. Do not assume that details from an earlier attempt remain suitable for a new one.

If the checkout asks you to select a network, verify the exact option it requests against the option offered by the sending service. A familiar asset label alone does not answer every transfer question. If the options cannot be matched confidently from the documented instructions, stop and seek clarification before authorising anything.

Likewise, if a reference, additional identifier or expiry is displayed, treat it as part of the request rather than decoration. This article does not establish which such fields any current method requires. Only the actual supported method and its verified instructions can answer that question.

Distinguish transfer status from service status

A sending application's confirmation is one observation. The checkout's payment status and the VPN account's resulting access are other observations. Do not assume that all three update at the same moment or that a screen in one system proves the final state in another.

After a payment attempt, revisit the existing order or account status before starting another attempt. If an interruption occurs, keep the original request distinguishable from any later one. Repeated attempts with different details can make it harder to explain what happened.

Keep an appropriate confirmation or transaction reference privately. Do not send a wallet recovery phrase, private key or account password to support. Where a reference is needed to investigate a payment, use the verified channel and share only the information necessary for that request.

Read the refund process separately

A payment method's presence does not establish a refund procedure. The service's refund eligibility, request channel, processing steps and any method-specific constraints need their own explanation. Do not assume that an original payment instruction is also a refund destination.

The owner's ZARDO rule allows a refund within seven days if the service did not work. The precise start of that window, verified request procedure and processing terms still need final publication details. Read the refund information and clarify any unresolved point before relying on a particular process.

Crypto should not be described as making the purchase anonymous. ZARDO retains payment and subscription records, and the account relationship remains relevant whatever method is selected. Review the privacy information and the download status alongside the actual quote. A clear service decision and a clear invoice are more useful than an assumed payment option.
