Which app is published?
Android beta34 and Windows v19 are published downloads. The Android APK includes a TV interface; acceptance on a physical TV is unconfirmed.
Where is the server?
One location is confirmed: Japan.
What does the tunnel encrypt?
The connection between the device and the VPN server. Website HTTPS is a separate protection layer.
Is an always-on kill switch supported?
Android Always-on and block connections without VPN are not supported by the published APK.
What data is retained?
Account, device, access and payment records, plus linked technical diagnostics. The detailed policy is being verified.
How can I contact support?
Verified contact addresses are pending. No response-time guarantee is currently stated.
Can I request a refund?
The owner’s rule is a refund within 7 days if the service did not work. The request procedure is being finalised.
Does the plan auto-renew?
The reviewed tariff flow does not automatically renew.
